What are Return & Ex-Change Policies?

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange.

  • Returns must be handed over during delivery hours. Alternatively, you may bring the item to one of Xtreme Technology's showrooms, or pay for a pickup service (delivery fees apply).

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Working hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

What if i found the item is not working after i bought the item?

All our products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with our official warranty terms and conditions.
